A Pair of Early 19th Century Mahogany Bedside Cabinets (Adapted)

A charming and practical pair of early 19th-century mahogany bedside cabinets, later adapted for modern use. Each cabinet features a well-figured mahogany top above a single cupboard door with simple, elegant paneling, raised on a plinth. The warm patina and fine grain of the timber reflect the quality of early 19th-century craftsmanship.

These antique bedside cupboards have been sensitively modified—likely from a larger Georgian or Regency piece—to create a matched pair ideal for contemporary bedroom use. Compact in size and timeless in design, they offer versatile storage while preserving their period character.

Perfect as antique nightstands, lamp tables, or small side cabinets in both traditional and modern interiors.
