A fine mid-19th century shaped oval rosewood centre table, dating to around 1860. The beautifully figured rosewood top is elegantly moulded and sits above a bold octagonal column, supported on a four-splayed base with scrolled feet and original castors.
The table retains a rich, well-patinated finish, highlighting the quality of the rosewood grain and the craftsmanship of the period. The tilt-top mechanism remains in good working order, allowing the table to be conveniently stored or displayed upright.
